The Engine Shed 22 November 2018. This event sought to address some of the non-physical barriers to retrofit. Speakers were from Scottish Government, Local Authorities, Planners and architects. The best way to run area-based schemes was debated and moves for a more integrated role of the designer were made. While the focus of the day was on policy level discussions, technical detail was discussed.
